YOUR RENTAL GUARANTEE IMMEDIATELY!
This registration form allows you to immediately submit your request for rental guarantee online and is only valid for a private rental lease (sub-leasing not authorised). For businesses, shops or independent professions, please click HERE.
Your request must be signed and sent to SwissCaution with the copy of your lease or proposed lease, a piece of identity or a B or C residence card (for foreigners) of all of the tenants indicated on the lease.
To begin your registration, you need the following documents :
1. | The lease contract or proposed lease for your lodging |
2. | Pieces of identity for all of the tenants indicated on the lease |
3. | Credit Card if online payment  Postcard (Postcard with the Reader and PostFinance Card) VISA MasterCard (Payment by e-banking or by BVR is also possible*) |
* for immediate processing of your rental guarantee request and to receive your certificate within 24h, you have the possibility to pay your CHF 231.- fixed entry fee directly by credit card. If you don’t wish to make your payment online, SwissCaution gives you the option to pay via e-banking or to send a BVR payment slip.
SwissCaution will immediately reimburse you the amount of the CHF 231.- fixed entry fee if you do not obtain the lease for the object mentioned by your rental agency, or if your request is not accepted.
