Your offer request in 4 steps!

1. Please complete and sign the registration request in accordance with the lease.

2. To process your request, please send us the request form by post or by email along with copies of the following documents:

   For leases taken under a private name or by a company partnership
   - Commercial lease or rental plan
   - Proof of identity

   For leases taken by a Company (SA, Sarl, general partner, cooperative)
   - Commercial lease or rental plan
   - Proof of identity
   - Trade Register record
   - Financial statements from the 2 previous years

3. Upon receipt of your completed request and after its approval, SwissCaution will contact you directly or send you a commercial rental guarantee offer as soon as possible.
   

4. Once the commercial rental guarantee offer has been accepted and the contract has been signed and received by SwissCaution, a rental guarantee certificate will be issued to your lessor along with a copy to the lesee.
