SwissCaution will send you the confirmation of your rental guarantee request for signature with the BVR payment slip for the payment of your CHF 231.- fixed entry fee.
To receive your rental guarantee certificate as quickly as possible, please:

Pay your CHF 231 fixed entry fee with the BVR. |

Return your signed rental guarantee request signed by all of the tenants indicated on your lease or your proposed lease with :

Upon reception of your documents and your payment, we will immediately send the rental guarantee certificate to the rental agency or lessor, as well as a copy for you. |
Attention : The rental guarantee certificate can only be sent if we receive all of the required documents.
SwissCaution will immediately reimburse you the amount of the CHF 231.- fixed entry fee if you do not obtain the lease for the object mentioned by your rental agency, or if your request is not accepted.
