Advantage for the professional lessee
SwissCaution allows the professional lessee to avoid immobilizing their liquid assets to cover the rental guarantee requested by the lessor. This money, often substantial, can then be invested more efficiently in order to finance the business's development.
Advantage for the lessor
This guarantee offers the lessor the same security, value and function as a bank deposit but with, in addition, easier operational procedures and a personalized service.
SwissCaution commits, in the case of non respect of renter obligations, notably unpaid rent, damages and rehabilitation of the premises, to pay the lessor, if the renter agrees, the amount due, up to the limit of the total amount of the rental guarantee. Following this, the renter reimburses SwissCaution the advanced amount.
