Your rental guarantee for a housing lease

Your Rental Garantee Immediatly !

This registration form allows you to immediately submit your request for rental guarantee online and is only valid for a private rental lease.

Your request must be signed and sent to SwissCaution with a copy of your lease or proposed lease, a piece of identity or a B or C residence card (for foreigners) for all of the tenants indicated on the lease.

To begin your registration, you need the following documents :

* for immediate processing of your rental guarantee request and to receive your certificate within 24h, you have the possibility to pay your CHF 231.- fixed entry fee directly by credit card. If you don’t wish to make your payment online, SwissCaution gives you the option to pay via e-banking or to send a BVR payment slip.

SwissCaution will reimburse you as soon as possible the amount of the CHF 231.- fixed entry fee if you do not obtain the lease for the object mentioned by your rental agency, or if your request is not accepted.
