Your rental guarantee for a housing lease

Immediately on the SwissCaution website (the fastest option)

1. Complete your rental guarantee request online click HERE
   
2. Make the payment of your CHF 231.- fixed entry fee :
   • by Postcard, VISA or MasterCard (directly online) or
   • by BVR e-banking (via Internet) or
   • by BV that you will receive with a confirmation of your SwissCaution rental guarantee.

In order for your request to be treated as quickly as possible :

• If you have chosen payment by Postcard, VISA or MasterCard
  1. Make your payment directly online with a credit card.
  2. Print the confirmation of your rental guarantee request which will appear on your screen at the end of your registration.
  3. Please send us your signed request with :
     • a copy of your lease or proposed lease
     • a piece of identity (and a B or C residence card for foreigners) for all tenants indicated on the lease

     by

     • courier to SwissCaution SA, Route de Renens 1, 1030 Bussigny
• If you have chosen payment by e-banking
  1. Print the confirmation of your rental guarantee request which will appear on your screen at the end of your registration.
  2. Make the payment by e-banking using the references mentioned on the BVR attached to the confirmation of your registration.
  3. Please send us your signed request with :
     • a copy of your lease or proposed lease
     • a piece of identity (and a B or C residence card for foreigners) for all tenants indicated on the lease

     by

• If you have requested a BV from SwissCaution
  
  1. We will send you the confirmation of your rental guarantee request with a payment slip by mail the same day that your request was received.
  2. Please send us your signed request with :
     • a copy of your lease or proposed lease
     • a piece of identity (and a B or C residence card for foreigners) for all tenants indicated on the lease
