Your rental guarantee for a housing lease
You have no deposit to make !
Steps to follow to obtain a SwissCaution housing rental guarantee :
- Return your rental guarantee request completed and signed by all the renters with a copy of your lease or lease project and a piece of identity for all renters as well as a B or C resident card for foreigners.
- Pay a fixed entry fee of CHF 231.- (5% federal stamp included) which covers your rental guarantee until 31 December of the current year.
- Your rental guarantee certificate will be established and sent immediately to your rental agency or lessor, as well as a copy for yourself (if all of the documents have been submitted with payment of the one-time registration fee).
- The following years you will pay an annual premium equal to 5% of your rental guarantee amount plus a CHF 20.- administration fee (5% federal stamp in addition).
