Loyalty voucher
If you are already a SwissCaution customer and subscribe to new rental guarantee, you will be rewarded for your loyalty with a Manor voucher worth CHF 50 *.
* Subject to the acceptance of your new rental guarantee request. The voucher can be claimed within a maximum of six months from the date of issue of the certificate.
Our marketing department will email you your Manor voucher worth CHF 50 within one month of your loyalty voucher request.
Relocation notification
If you have just moved or plan to move soon, please send your new address with the form below so that we can update your file.
Please note that your current rental guarantee remains active until we receive its release from your real estate agency or lessor.
In compliance with our general conditions, your real estate agency or lessor must send us your signed, original rental guarantee certificate in order to release your rental guarantee.
