Do I need to take any action if there is a change to my lease?

In the event of a name change (e.g. due to marriage or separation), when a tenant moves in or out, or if the rent is adjusted, a contract amendment (addendum) must be prepared. This addendum has to be signed by all parties involved and submitted to us together with a copy of each tenant’s ID.
