The quickest way to receive your rental guarantee is to register online and include all the required documents:

• Signed lease or draft lease (all pages).
• Your identity documents or residence permit. For certain residence permits (G, L, N, and S), a copy of your employment contract with a minimum term of 12 months is also required.

If you pay via Twint or credit card, you'll instantly receive a copy of your rental guarantee certificate by e-mail. The original will be sent directly to your landlord by post.
