What should I do if I can't log in on the registration form under "I'm already a customer"?

You are currently or have previously been a SwissCaution customer, but you are unable to log in during registration using your e-mail address and the One-Time Password (OTP):

E-mail address: Please ensure that the e-mail address entered in the “I am already a customer” field matches the one you used when you registered with SwissCaution. If you're unsure, please contact our customer service to confirm or update your e-mail address. It will be usable immediately after the change.

One-Time Password (OTP): After entering your e-mail address correctly, you’ll receive a 4-digit One-Time Password within a minute. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

Still can't find your one-time password? Don’t worry — you can simply register as a "new customer." Any loyalty discount you might be entitled to will automatically be applied to your first premium invoice.
