SwissCaution is a FINMA-approved company of the Swiss Mobiliar Cooperative. Our rental guarantee is also available at the Swiss Post and Mobiliar.
In 1991, we had three employees and occupied a 2 and a half room apartment. Now we have grown to over 95 employees working in Nyon – our head office –, Zurich, Bern and Lausanne. Many thanks to our 400,000 private and business customers and 2,500 real estate partners who place their trust in us!
Our commitment to sustainability
We strongly believe that private sector companies have a key role to play in achieving the United Nations’ Agenda 2030 for sustainable development. At SwissCaution, we are dedicated to contributing responsibly toward a more sustainable future. We have obtained Swiss Triple Impact (STI) accreditation for our first concrete commitments, which are:
- Donations to organizations that promote access to housing
Our goal is to facilitate housing access for 450 vulnerable people in Switzerland by 2027. In 2025, we will contribute an initial CHF 30,000 to local organizations providing emergency and transitional housing. - Financing rental guarantees for people in precarious situations
By 2028, support access to housing by financing CHF 150,000 worth of rental guarantees for disadvantaged people in Switzerland, through partnerships with local housing charities. - Employee training and workplace well-being
By 2027, at least 80% of our employees will receive two days of training annually. These training sessions aim to support skill development, strengthen resilience, enhance well-being at work, and promote long-term employability. - Employee satisfaction
By 2027, we aim to reach an employee satisfaction rate above 80%, reinforcing our dedication to well-being and engagement in the workplace. To support this objective, annual TrustIndex™ surveys will be conducted in collaboration with Great Place to Work®, with the first survey scheduled for the end of 2025.
